And it’s not just about text. Essential business information is often embedded in graphical formats like schematics, blueprints, and even handwritten notes. From research to real-world application with inno:docs

One of the first innovations to come out of this project is inno:docs. This is a locally hosted AI model that can process any type of company document and make it accessible via a chatbot.

We’re transforming time-consuming workflows like responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals). Instead of manually searching through existing response templates and adjusting them, inno:docs cuts this workload by up to 50% – saving time, effort, and costs.

But we’re taking it even further. Our AI can recognize text and symbols in technical drawings, including handwritten notes and stencil-based letters and numbers. While text recognition is already highly reliable, we’re continuously refining symbol and line detection – a game-changer for P&ID diagrams, circuit schematics, and facility plans.

For the first time, these data-heavy documents can be automatically processed and seamlessly integrated into digital workflows.
